I run a builder server and some have asked for noclipping to help ease in their base building. Would it be possible to add a config option to limit noclipping to just their TC range? 

I did originally have that option, but earlier this year, due to a rust update, we are unable to send the client command to toggle noclip off or on. I dont see a workaround yet. Maybe i can think of another create way. humm.
