When I am calling an Airdrop, dont matter if with a supply signal, ad.random or sth like that the plane is coming and until there everything is fine but the plane drops no Airdrop. When I am doing the spacedrop or directdrop he is spawning, but as soon as the plane is supposed to drop the Airdrop its not happening.

Sounds like you have a plugin conflict somewhere

post your config and check your Alpha/Better/Custom loot plugin configs for conflicting settings
