Well that would be very odd as Fancy Drop has nothing to do with any of hte turrets or how it even affects them. The despawning after it is looted i shandled by the Game itself. They don't explode or cause damage. I have had many land on turrets before and never seen this in the past.
Now could this be a turret bug sonce they updated the turrets, that is possible. I will have to test this further to see if what you had happen is possible. I will investigate either way.
Would be nice if you do.
I also wrote the developer of a new plugin I have, Turrets Extended, he did a new plugin version to see if the problem has gone.

My SAM got destroyed too cause the drop leaned on it. Same situation.

That could be it, I had Turrets Extended and was having too many issues with it, and removed it right away. Thats more than likely why I cannot reproduce it as well.
The new version of Turrets Extended seems to have fixed that. :)
