When I try to pick it up, it disappears and gives an error

After restarting the server permissives disappear, but the plugin works and gives out recycler, after restarting the plugin permissives appear and it starts to work correctly

Will poke the plugin a bit later today. Right now it's 1am and Friendly.exe was running all night last night moving my server.

Cannot replicate on test server.
