i was wondering how do i stop the recycler from spitting items all over the floor. Thanks

THis is a normal feature of the recycler. It may be possible, but this plugin only makes the recycler buildable for the player. Affecting the Recycler's behaviour is beyond it's scope. I'd check maybe https://umod.org/plugins/recycle-manager?
