is anyone else having this problem when the server restarts you have to reload the plugin for it to work

i have just spoke to our server host and he has checked and its a plugin issue as its the only one thats not loading when the server reboots
There are 3500 downloads of this plugin since last update and not a lot of similar complaints.
I have the plugin runnig on 4 servers on 2 different hosts with no issues.
I don't know what your Host has "checked", but they are usualy fast to give blame to either the game or especially mods/plugins. :o/
If you want help, you really need to give more details/logs etc., and explain the problem/error and what you have tried or tested yourself. :o)

Looks as issue with compiler, but as Wulf said we need logs from `oxide/logs`
