I have a player that found an exploit where if they remain in the fuel tank, they can continue to add fuel to the tank indefinitely. It only locks them out once they exit the tank view. Not sure if anything can be done about this though.

check latest update to attempt to fix this exploit
player should not be able to start the excavater, when a player is looting the fuel storage.
Once started, fuel storage will lock an player will not be able to add more fuel.
