is it possible to add Notify-Plugin Support ? (codefling from Mevent)
It is a simple line. Maybe you can add an option in the config if messages should appear in chat and/or notify?

The Excavator Lock-Plugin uses the normal player chat to announce messages. (Like excavatro was started, has stopped, is occupied by player X).
The Notify-Plugin provides a simple hook to display these messages in a nice popup.

Lot of plugins already support the notify-plugin so i was able to clean my chat from plugin-messages :)

yes, its either chat or notify, not both.  Notify send to chat when perms are not set
