Admins can select a class and respawn.

Normal players cannot click the class buttons, they never turn blue so cannot spawn. (The screen with the skull).

Is there a permission that needs to be applied maybe?

Tested this some more, anyone with admin role on server can choose a class, but standard players cannot.
