Any command or way of saving scale info through reboots 

When you scale entities via the plugin's /scale command (or from another plugin via the API), the plugin records the scale in a data file and re-applies it on server reboot. Is that not working for you?

If you are using the Rust ent scale command, that is not detected by the plugin.
