This means you are running an older version of Oxide. The _NetworkCache field was made public in early April (after the monthly Rust update), so this means you did not install any of the optional updates Rust/Oxide updates.

You will have to update Rust and Oxide to use this plugin. You can probably just wait until this Thursday assuming you are not in a hurry.
