Links get changed, and its a problem. I created my website with my linking system recently but i can't use it on uMod (links to my website)

Updating link in 10+ plugins every time something changes is not really a good option. Can uMod allow me using my permalinks or give alternative?

I don't see how that link would change unless you intentionally break it. Takes very little time to update plugin pages either, but you're welcome to link to an allowed site (redirect destination included; you know which ones aren't.)

I can change repository name, move files to different folders, etc

It takes little time, but i dont really want to check 300+ pages every time i change something on links. i made my own linking system

rustblablalba.space/links/docs for example, but i can't use it because my website name is restricted
