This message posts in the RCON after boot.  The plugin isn't loading, how do you enable a Ban System?

This means that you have not enabled at least one system in the configuration. You must specify a way for bans to get stored/handled.

How do you specify that in the config boot?  I mean, what is the literal command line for that?

i would say you have to identify a path for the bans to save. but im not 100% sure here.

You'd need to enable a ban system, one of the "use" options that are currently set to false.

Ohhhh its in the config.  I'm an idiot, I get it. 

Not sure what this means, tried searching for "Ban System" plugins, but didn't find any...
