How does one disable those "Cheat detected" bans?

SQLite: Successfully added XXXXXXXX - xxxxx - 0.0.0.0 - Cheat Detected! - Permanent to the banlist.

Cheat Detected is when rust detects players as flying when they're not admin and then auto bans them, nothing to do with the plugin.
