I'm not sure if this is a thing but I currently run my own dedicated server which is used for web hosting. I was thinking of providing MYSQL services for the use of Enhanced Ban System. Also I'm considering creating a user interface which would allow you to add, edit and remove bans without having to go through phpmyadmin so allowing multiple admins to manage the bans which of course will take effect ingame when someone is added or removed.

One other feature I maybe able to introduce would be allowing people to unban themselves using PayPal and have it automatically remove the ban saving admins from having to do it manually. This would help you bring in venue.

But for the time being the most I can do is offer databases and just see what others think.
