what is the right syntax for reloading it? im trying to edit the broadcast message for a kick command but i cant see any changes even after restart, so im trying the reload command, but it says that enhancedbansystem was not found ?? The Plugin is already working so it has to be loaded already.

Casing matters for them. Also keep in mind that you should be editing the config/lang files, not the plugin itself.
