Is there any more details with that error? This doesn't say anything about the problem being EBS.

... there is no more information in the console !

i see only this line, if user joins:

And this only started happening after you installed EBS?

yes, i have delete ure plugin an then i havent this error. if i installed again i havent error until user join my server
