My staff usually execute the command using:

/ban "player" 24h toxic

And this is not working

Is it better to use 1d instead?

(The person is banned but its not unbanned after 24 hrs)

I am experiencing the exact same problem!

The player will be banned, but after the time runs out, he will not be unbanned. When I ban people, I get this message in the chat which is a little suspicious.
