It's all ok except Discord notify: nothing on discord, and nothing on coneols (no errors).

I also use Rustcord and NotifyOnKeyword with same webhooks and are working, but EasyVote not. 

My actual discord config section is this:

I have just tested this myself (and installed discord-messages) and see the same behaviour as Zuper.  No messages sent to Discord.
