I sincerely apologize for this post but my English is somewhat poor and I do not fully understand the plugin.
I know what it does but I don't know how to activate the events that are already configured, such as the Bradley event.
I have a full pve server but I want to make these zones pvp so that people can fight for that loot. 
If you could explain to me how to activate the events I would appreciate it very much.

You can create/move/edit/start event zones with the commands.

    "Bradley Event": {
      "Enable Event": true, // Just need to enable it.......a pvp zone is then auto created when Bradley is destroyed.....
