Is it possible to add a PvP area to cargoship for the whole duration?

The only option I found in config was the following line:

"Excluding Hackable Crate on Cargo Ship": false

No cargo ship PVP plan is added because the cargo ship is always moving.
and cargo ship PVP cannot be implemented through ZoneManager
