so, i put this plugin on my server, but no matter what, the cfg file will revert to its default no matter what i try. is there a reason why its doing it?

i had to edit the actual plgin to get the custom ones to default load and to disable norovirus.

Note you will have to update your disease files as the "Spread Distance" propert name has changed.
