Hello,

The instructions are:

  1. Open the server files, and navigate to the "Managed" folder (eg. "RustDedicated_Data/Managed")
  2. Download the latest release.
  3. Copy the "Oxide.Ext.Discord.dll" file into your "Managed" folder.
  4. Restart your server!

Where is this managed folder located? I normally upload mods to my oxide folder. I don't know what managed folder you are tlaking about. Please and thank you.

The managed folder is where oxide get's installed to. Go 2 folders up from oxide and that's where that path starts usually.

You might not have access to it if you are on a shared service host.
In that case you probably have a button somewhere in your control panel where you can install/update Discord Extension.
