When the link to Discord goes down (as it often does these days due to Corona) messages from Discord to Server stops even though messages from Server to Discord keep working with the Rustcord plugin.

The Rustcord plugin needs to be continually reloaded to fix this, but we just found out that reloading the plugin so many times has a chance to cause a mono crash.
