The error means it timed out trying to connect, which would generally indicate downtime with Discord or a network issue between your server and Discord. As you can see in the message, it retries 3 times before it gives up.

it has been happening non stop and i saw it happen 3 times but has not stopped

It would either be a connection issue on the server to Discord, or an issue with the Discord services.

Discord auth works with it fine but that error comes up in my RCON every 4 or 5 minutes and sometimes crashes the server. Any way to prevent the error?

A timeout is a timeout, I don't think that's really avoidable. It retries up to 3 times, so it working sometimes is not unlikely.

Not sure if this is the caused but this warning came up whenever my RCON Crashed.

Any idea what this could be caused by? These errors wer ebeing spammed 20-30 times causing everyone to get kicked for packet flooding.

I dont know if it this plugin specificly. But I seem to have a problem with all my discord plugins, rustcord, discordstats, discordsync etc etc. you name it.
These lags only seem to have occured after I updated to the latest game version and oxide version.

If you could provide your log file specified in your startup script under -logfile that would help in figuring out exactly what's going on. You can send that file to me on discord @ MJSU#0814. If not then the 1.0.8 release should prevent any lag from occurring in this case once it's released.
