Discord reported;

[Discord Sign Logger] @Liquid Bucket ran command "dsl.signblock 76561############**** 86400"

however when I goto place another sign, I get an error message from Discord Sign Logger telling me I am banned for approx 60 days. I fear the Logger not calculating the time correctly.

Thanks for the report. This will be fixed in the next update. If you want to clear the bans you can unload the plugin and delete the oxide/data/DiscordSignLogger.json. Then load the plugin again.
