Would it be possible for the plugin to support thread_IDs as well as Channel_IDs so I can be used with the new forum feature from Discord.

Use case: You can use the forums with multiple logging plugins and create a more tidy and granular approach without cluttering up a server with multiple channels.

Hey, Thanks for the suggestion. This has been added in version 1.0.8. You can use the Forum Thread ID in the Channel ID field for Sign Log and Action Log.
