I have an error in the console gives:
[Error] [Discord Server Stats] An error occured sending the message Code: 500 Message: {"message": "500: Internal Server Error", "code": 0}

This means that Discord is having issues usually. Is this your first time using the plugin or did this just start randomly?

Yes, this is the first time I use the plugin and so far there is no such error anymore.

Alright, then I'm going to assume that discord was just having issues. If it comes back just let me know and we can try seeing if there is anything we can do about it.
