I set the "Send Message When Added/Removed" options to true, however, it reverts to false with each server restart

Yeah, that was missed. I have removed it in 2.0.5
Not sure if i should start a new thread for this, but Discord roles sometimes dont reflect in the server or vice versa until the server restarts or the plugin is reloaded. It sometimes happens instantly, sometimes takes hours to reflect new roles.

Can you set the plugin log level to info and when it happens send me the output from server console.
Nothing is output since it doesnt seem to sense that the player updated their rank.

Update, it seems to work just fine when a role from the server needs to get synced to discord, just not when a role from discord needs to get synced to the server.
