Ik this is not the same website as the one with the tutorial on how to make a bot but my bot does not seem to go online.

Check the console and read the correct tutorial.

The tutorial webpage no langer matches the bot creation on Discord. You have to use a little imagination to get the bot live. Try clicking on the bot tab on the left and then "Add bot" Then follow the rest of the tutorial. hope this gives you a better starting point :)

Try using the new website found on the documentation and make sure you have the extension installed.

Yep mine wont go online too XD All steps followed, API key copied in to the config and bot stays offline in the discord server. :P

FIXED: The big step that is missing here is, restart your server once your bot has joined. The API will the connect!
