That appears to be a generic error, not an issue with this plugin specifically. An I/O would indicate an issue with your network or filesystem.

ill try removing the plugin and reuploading them 

Not all plugins are using webrequests or writing to files.

reupdates server  removed and reuploaded plugin  still same thing 

Have you tried restarting the server?

had 2 i redid server update cant be done without shutting down
