Was working a few days ago. but now it all of sudden stopped working. It says that the report was sent but nothing is being submitted to discord

I made a webhook for the discord channel and pasted it into the json file, but whenever I test /report vp test, nothing is sent over to discord.Do I need a bot in the channel? what step am i missing?Please help. Thank you.
