i cant find anything to change the cooldown for messages, in the config file i lowered the cooldown, in the .cs file i changed the cooldown "30" to 1 reloaded the plugin and still the plugin keeps giving me an increasing time for cooldown instead of decreasing. 

im looking to remove the cooldown or lower it to 60s

any fix ?
