I'm no pro with webhooks and i'm looking to use Discord Messages on my server for my staff team so i can log anything they say in admin chat how do i actually go about setting that up because i have no idea i don't understand the webhook process

I'm currently trying to utilize this as a tool for logging my admin chat messages an am receiving complications. For instance for some reason regardless of what i do to make this function, it doesn't want to log any and all messages from the server nor detect the admin chat can I please receive some help unfortunately after looking for information there just doesn't seem to be a decent amount of information on how to properly set up this plugin from any available source online.
