I believe it is this plugin that is causing the issue but I'm not 100% sure. My discord chat log channel (all players can view communicate from discord with the game server) is showing "helicopter incoming" every time someone spawns or buys an attack heli. 

Yeah, fixed in next version I'm still working on. As a workaround replace every "BaseHelicopter" with "PatrolHelicopter"
