My bot is going instantly offline

the bot works fine for a few minutes and then going offline reload doesnt help

Check your server console errors. It will probably tell you what's going on. 

every 180s the heartbeat timed out then the bot starts up regular goes online for a few seconds and going offline again 

Do you know what Discord Extension version you're using?

There was an update to the Discord Extension 5 days ago let's see if updating that helps at all.
