I loaded the plugin into my server and restarted it (not needed I know)

Please check your server console for any error messages. Also make sure you have the Discord Extension Installed.
I have discord running on my server already with a bot for discord rewards.

You're using an outdated Discord Extension. You can either upgrade your extension to 1.0.5 or use Discord Core Version less than 0.13.0
