That error is comming from this Discord Extension itself. Discord Core it just displaying the full error output from a hook that it calls. You can barely see it in the picture you sent but the line above is the Discord Extension saying it had an error. If Discord Core detects an error it will attempt to reconnect the client to ensure no downtime which it looks like it was successful in doing. Unless this error happens continually I wouldn't worry about it.

This appears to be a bug in the Discord Extension v1.0.4. Please downgrade to 1.0.3 until the issue is resolved.
