i am using the current version of discordext.dll

There was a new extension recently pushed a couple of days ago this requires that version and after installing a server restart is required.

Either I'm stupid to understand or I don't understand what you mean.

How can I fix this now?

You'd need to download and install the updated Discord extension. https://umod.org/extensions/discord
