Not sure what i should do herE?

I got Discord Core Installed and working with other plugins

and I put Discord "Oxide.Ext.Discord.dll" in the managed directory

I set the chat channel names and created those channels in the discord server.

I created the bot which shows offline.

What AM i doing wrong?

You should not be touching the data folder. That is for DiscordChat to use. Reload DiscordCore and send the output it displays.
