Hi!
Is it possible to keep discord tickets open, even if the player disconnects?
I know that you cannot answer, or maybe not even re-connect once the player is online again, but we always miss tickets in the night.
Thatd would be great.

Maybe instead of closing, a short system message to the ticket, that the player has disconnected. or something like that :)

it is possible if you modify the .cs file yourself .. but I would love to move the channel to a "closed" category instead of leaving it there
so maybe that's a better sugestion ?
