im confused on how to get this working properly can someone please help me

Seems to be NO way to get rid of this error.... EVER.   Only way to prevent it is to give your bot a higher role than the role it is trying to grant, but that still won't fix it from trying to grant the Admin a role, there is no way to remove it either.
