Pardon my ignorance, but what is the "AI scientist 2"? Was that part of the new update, or is that some other plugin? Are you referring to the new ScientistNPC2s that are in the deep sea area?

Assuming this comment pertained to deep sea scientists, this has been implemented into the 6.5.5 release.
