Would it be doable and not too troublesome to ask for a hook for when new NPC display names are added to config?

It would be an awesome integration for other plugins like Steenamaroo's Rust Rewards and allow other plugins to learn display names in step with Death Notes.

I know these plugins are not quite related otherwise but it could just be a great feature between a couple of my favorite plugins.
