Does this plugin have webhooks for discord?

If not what is the best and most lightway method of relaying deathnotes to a discord channel?

I used to have poundbot but it stopped since yesterday and I do not wanna go down the laggy discord extensions/rustcord path.

So what is best and most lightweight way?
