So we have an issue with death notes that we have a single player that doesn't seem to see death notes in the chat even though they have the perms to view them, She even sent screenshots of it and I can't seem to figure out what is causing the issue. Any help on this would be great thanks!

here is what I have done so far:

- replaced the .cs file

-replaced the config and replaced the .cs file and let it regenerate the config file

-tried revoking cansee perm and giving it back
