When the treasure spawns in at a mining outpost, it spawns in at the same position as the recyclers. This causes the recycler to be deleted. As an active admin, its not a big deal as I just spawn a recycler in next to the repair bench.

and when it's at quarry, it cause quarry bugs

The option to disable spawning at mining outposts (or any other monument) is in the config menu options
