Hope you are well.
We have also encountered this problem for multiple wipes, various maps, various spawn locations...
Each time a few NPCs spawn inside rocks and terrain and therefore our players are getting frustrated that they cannot find some of the NPCs and thus open the box. 
Is there any known solution for this yet?
