To avoid wasting my time, I only investigate such claims of a plugin being broken if multiple people report it, or if there was a game update. The only thing I can offer you at this time is troubleshooting steps to help you determine what the issue may be. In particular, you must be specific about what is not working. For example, do you see error messages in the server console when the plugin loads? Do you see the edit button when opening a vending machine? Are previously made customizations not showing? Are items not being purchased? Is the issue happening to specific vending machines or all? Vanilla vending machines or plugin ones? Vanilla monuments or custom ones? For any plugin to "work", many things must go according to plan, not just one thing. To know which individual things are going wrong to contribute to the overall failure, knowing the precise symptoms helps speed up the investigation tremendously as I can eliminate many potential root causes.
