You can set a spawn point, but for some reason they are going somewhere else.
I even deleted the data that had there spawn elsewhere and double checked the location,
Seems like they are still spawning in vanilla places.
Will work with it more this weekend and give any findings, but as it sits now its not working

i had this issue once turns out the spown i was tryong to get them to spawn was not ok with the plugin somithin abou objects being to close
